DESCRIPTION:Register to secure your sponsorship. \nWe invite you to participate as a vendor in the Mason Roundup Weekend Festival. Other activities in Mason will be a street parade\, Rodeo Queen Contestants' presentation\, and live entertainment during festival. Rodeo held Friday and Saturday evenings. Location: Mason County Heritage Park\, one block off town square on Moody Street Booth: Size 10' X 12' - Cost: $70.00 per booth for those residing outside Mason County. $55.00 per booth for Mason County residents.$30.00 per booth for civic or charitable organizations. Booths will be assigned and reserved in paid registration sequence. Applications and fees should be postmarked by June 19\, 2023. Food booth spaces are available. There is limited electricity available. If needed\, this will be an additional $15.00 fee per plug. All food and vending trucks or trailers will not be eligible for electricity\, generators are recommended. Your booth assignment will be available from one of the Chamber Directors upon arrival (shirts marked VOLUNTEER on the back). There will be no refunds after June 25th and no rain dates. We reserve the right to cancel any event in accordance with the restrictions provided by our federal\, state\, and county governments regarding COVID-19. Set Up: You may set up between 3 PM and 6 PM on Friday\, July 7th or starting at 7:00 AM on Saturday\, July 8th. All exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 A.M. on Saturday and remain set up until 3:00 P.M.If you would like to be a vendor for Roundup 2023 or have questions about sponsor levels please email us at masontexas@hctc.net for additional information and forms.
