DESCRIPTION:Rules and Guidelines for Nominations:1.) Nominations can only be submitted by 2025 Mason County Chamber of Commerce Members. -Each category has a group that is not eligible these are the past three years of award winners.2.) Nominations for the first five categories must be 2025 Mason County Chamber of Commerce Business Members.3.) Only one nomination form will be accepted from each Chamber member.\n(Acceptable submission methods: complete this form online\, or pick up a paper copy at the Chamber office and return it.)4.) Nominations must be submitted/returned by 5PM December 25\, 2025.5.) Nominations without a company name and the individual submitting the nomination will NOT be considered.6.) For a nomination to be considered\, it must include a reason for the nomination. The more information provided\, the better. Nominations without at least one valid reason will not be considered.7.) The three businesses or individuals receiving the most nominations will become finalists for each category. Chamber members will have the opportunity to vote from December 30th through January 15th\, with a cutoff of 5 PM on Thursday\, January 15th\, for the selection of winners.8.)
