In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, join the Mason County Chamber of Commerce for a special Lunch & Learn presented by NAMI Greater Fredericksburg. This informative session will focus on mental health in the workplace, suicide prevention, and recognizing the warning signs that someone may be struggling. Participants will learn practical ways to support coworkers, reduce stigma, and connect individuals with appropriate resources. Whether you're a business owner, manager, employee, or community member, this training offers valuable tools to help create a healthier, safer, and more supportive workplace. Lunch will be provided.
