Back by popular demand, the one-men-band J.L. Wilkins All by My Lonesome will be singing and playing his country music at the Mason Co. M. Beven Eckert Memorial Library on Thursday January 23 at 6:00 P.M. in the Stribling Room. Admission is free. J.L. uses his modern live-looping equipment to recreate the forgotten sounds of a time gone by. His performance includes guitar, upright bass, fiddle, and a cocktail drum kit. Watch and listen in amazement as he brings the legends of country music- as well as a few long-forgotten troubadours- back to life before your eyes and ears. Always live and never pre-recorded, J.L. sings, plays, records, and plays some more until his entire “band”- appropriately named “All By My Lonesome”- paints a picture you have got to see and hear to believe!
