ROCK HUNT – MASON, TX 
JUNE 13, 2026
**THIS WILL BE OUR LAST HUNT UNTIL SEPTEMBER**
Come hunt Texas topaz, crystals, and arrowheads on private land. Or just enjoy the scenery and peace and quiet.
Meet at 8:00 AM on the west side of the Mason County Courthouse
Depart at 8:30 AM sharp
Dig until 3:00 PM, you are welcome to leave any time (no re-entry)
$40 per person
Keep up to one 5-gallon bucketBring a shovel, bucket, gloves, water, snacks, and sunscreen. No pets.
Make a weekend of it! Enjoy Mason’s street dance and car show that same day, shop the stores or lounge in the river at Dos Rios.
No reservations needed—just show up and dig for the Texas State Gem!
