The Ponderosa is a 6 BR, 4 bath family home. It is spacious, indoors and out, ideal accommodations for families. Within walking distance you will find a running trail, the school track, and the Mason tennis courts. It is 1/2 mile from the Historic Mason Square, Fort Mason, and Seaquist House. Enjoy the comforts of home and the community.
The house has a master bedroom that has a connected master bathroom and a Split King Bed. There is a smart TV. On one side of the house there are two bedrooms with one having a king bed in it and the other has two twin beds. There is a bathroom on this side as well. The other side of the house has two bedrooms that each contain a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with these bedrooms. These bedrooms each have their own vanity sink area.Downstairs, there is a bedroom that has a comfortable king sized bed with an attached bathroom that has the only bathtub in it. This bathroom also opens up to the hallway for downstairs use and pool guest use. It also contains a formal dining, living space, kitchen, in kitchen dining, and access to a large porch area and the pool.
There is a wrap-around porch on the lower level and two balconies on the second floor. One balcony gives a great view of the pool area.The pool is large and has a beach entry, sport playing area, a 6 feet deep (no diving) end where there is a waterfall jump rock. The spa offers bubbling comfort but is not heated.There is a large front yard area and circle drive that provides ample parking for many. The school is across the street and during school zone hours it is a one way street flowing West to East. The house is very assessable and can approached from Reagan Street on the West Side. Please do your best to not park on the grassy area or on the garage side of the house. If extra space is needed ask the host and every effort will be made to accommodate you.
