West Texas Rehabilitation Center provides compassionate, patient-centered hospice care throughout the Big Country and Concho Valley, including Mason County. Our hospice program is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing life-limiting illness with dignity, comfort, and respect.
Our interdisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers—works together to manage pain and symptoms while addressing the emotional, spiritual, and practical needs of both patients and their loved ones. Care is provided wherever the patient calls home, as well as in inpatient settings when needed.
Services include 24/7 on-call support, medication and equipment management, personal care assistance, bereavement support, and grief counseling for families. We also offer community-based programs and resources designed to guide families through every stage of the hospice journey.
West Texas Rehab Hospice is committed to providing care regardless of age, diagnosis, or financial circumstances. Services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans, and no patient is turned away based on ability to pay.
