Guidelines for Nominations:

1.)  Nominations can only be submitted by 2024 Mason County Chamber of Commerce Members.

- Each category has a group that is not eligible. These are the past 3 years award winners! See these winners listed on each category. 

 2.) Nominations for the first 4 categories can only be 2024 Mason County Chamber of Commerce Business Members.

 3.) Only one Nomination form will be accepted from each chamber member (Acceptable ways to make a submission - either complete this form online or pick up at a paper copy at the Chamber office and return it.) 

 4.) This nomination must be submitted/returned by January 23, 2025, by 5PM. 

 5.) Nominations without Company Name and Individual submitting listed will not be considered. 

 6.) For a Nomination to be considered it must include 3 reasons for the nomination, the more information provided the better. If a nomination does not have at least one valid reason for the nomination, then it will not be considered. 

 7.) The 3 businesses or individuals that receive the most nominations will be moved to finalists for each category. Chamber members will be given the opportunity to vote during the weeks of Jan. 27th - Feb. 7th, with the cutoff of 5PM on Friday, Feb. 7th, for the selection of winners.

 8.) Winners will be announced during the Annual Awards Banquet on Thursday, February 27, 2024.
