Experience in lending support and/or real estate transactions and customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Process estate loans, commercial loans, and consumer loans

Assist loan officers with customers

Monitor loan exceptions and handle paid loan requests

Assist with compliance tasks, loan reviews, and staff training

Assist customers with notary services and account needs
