Dayton Air Solutions is a growing, family-owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving Mason and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking HVAC Installer/Technician to join our team as a part-time employee at approximately 30 hours per week, with the possibility of becoming a full-time employee. 

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a company that values honesty, integrity, and treating people right.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Assisting with service work and repairs as needed.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

• Communicating professionally with customers and coworkers.

• Following all company safety practices and applicable regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HVAC experience is preferred.

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Ability to lift and move heavy HVAC equipment.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of Texas weather.

• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn.

• Must become registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as a Registered HVAC Technician, as required by law.

• Must possess or be willing to obtain, after hire, the EPA Section 608 Type II Certification, as required by law for this position. Universal EPA Section 608 Certification is preferred.

We believe technical skills can be developed, but reliability, work ethic, and a positive attitude are just as important.
