Schedule: Full-Time/Day Shift/12-Hour Shifts

Position Summary:

HOTHS is seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN to join our med-surg unit. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LVN provides direct patient care, supports care coordination, and contributes to a safe and positive experience. This role is ideal for an LVN who values teamwork, patient-centered care, and the opportunity to work in a supportive hospital environment. New graduates encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities: · Provide direct patient care under the direction of an RN · Perform nursing assessments and report changes in patient condition · Administer medication and treatments within LVN scope of practice · Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers · Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and patient responses to treatment · Document care accurately in the EMR · Support infection control, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications: · Active LVN license · BLS required; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire · Strong communication and organizational skills.
